Need to change two PHP coded website to Python, Hosting and penetration test

Designed and coded two websites in PHP - Codeigniter. Need to change the coding to Python Django, then need to host it in Godaddy and need to do a penetration test. The first website iiradm.com is a site that gives online courses, paper publication, and the second website aacarebus.com gives data analytical solutions for academicians. Both websites had connected to PayPal and Instamojo payment solutions. so PEN test is a priority. I will share my GoDaddy credentials, your payment will be processed only after the website is hosted and complete the penetration test. 20 days is the maximum time to complete the two projects.
