Need an automation engineer who is an expert in python

I myself am a python automation engineer and am looking to scale my software automation business. I have sales coming in that I simply can't handle myself. I get all sorts of projects in automation, and so require an expert in python who can adapt to various project details. As long as they have a mind to figure things out on their own with the experience in automation, most projects can be completed.
That said, the most number of projects I get is to build python automation in the desktop and in the web using selenium. Basic knowledge of building user interfaces with tkinter (or any other library) and basic knowledge in the web side of things can go a long way but is not necessary.
Initially the projects will be given on a per-project basis and based on the performance, they can be added permanently into the team I am building, if they are interested.
