Need assistance in decoding raw opus audio data in to .wav format

A python program receives audio from an application for a period of time. The sample rate is 48000 and the audio is received as bytes.
I had managed to strip out the unnecessary parts of the byte array and now it consists of raw data which needs to be delivered as WAV, OGG or any other audio format.
One of the recommended ways is to reverse engineer the audio sending file.
