Need WhatsApp Automation with NodeJS or Python and Google Chrome Driver

We need simple script , perform following tasks
- May be using Google Chrome Driver
- Take a Record from Database Table ( ID, Name , Contact number , Msg )
- Trigger msg on specific time and delay X minutes between two msgs
- Repeat process
- Send Msgs to only my contacts , not outside of my WhatsApp using google chrome python
