Need Python test code coverage with mocking

I am looking for an experienced Python developer to help me with test code coverage with mocking. The project requires the use of Python 3.4, and will involve unit testing rather than end-to-end testing. I do not require non-mockable code to be tested. The code should be clean and use best practices, and must be bug-free and optimized for performance. The successful candidate will demonstrate a solid understanding of the latest technologies, as well as the ability to write effective and efficient code.
