Project: Options Range-Bound Alert System
Requirements:
1. Monitor all CE/PE strike prices for NIFTY/BANKNIFTY.
2. Aggregate 1-min candles to form 30-min candle.
3. Condition for alert:
a) Candle is range-bound (define X% threshold)
b) Candle low does not break, or if breaks, <10% and returns immediately
4. Send instant Telegram notification when condition is met.
5. Optional: Monitor high break for trade entry (manual or alert)
6. Run continuously during market hours.
7. Use official broker API (Zerodha Kite / Upstox / Angel One
