Need Python Coder for Indian Stock Market Trading

I'm seeking a proficient Python developer with experience in the Indian stock market for developing a basic trading algorithm.
The project involves:
- Creating a simple buy/sell algorithm based on predefined criteria
- Implementing this algorithm on a third-party trading platform such as Zerodha or Upstox
Ideal skills and experience include:
- Proven expertise in Python programming
- Strong understanding of stock market trading
- Experience in developing trading algorithms, especially basic ones
- Familiarity with Indian stock market data and trading platforms like Zerodha, Upstox

My strategy is scrip name & levels with s.l. & tgt in excel sheet.
i want a algo which track excel sheet in which i filled levels s.l. tgt. whenever any scrip's level come
buy or sell side trade will be executed automatically on broker terminal.
You have to create python code for automatic trade punching on my brokering panel like Zerodha, Upstox etc. from spicify excel sheet s stock levels sl & tgt. I will just run my python and trades will be taken automatically as I don't have any knowledge about this.
