Need Odoo Web Designer for new startup company

I have started a preliminary web page structure in Wix, it is not completed. I would like to migrate the Wix webpages over to Odoo so that one day I can integrate all the business processes. In Wix, I have the HOME page, Product category page, Product Sample1 page, and Contact page. I would like to replicate (as close as it can be) in Odoo.
