Need Help to build a multi-user trading Platform

Hello,
I am a Computer Engineer who works as a Project Manager, and a novice to Python.
I would like to build a platform which simplifies trading with Interactive Brokers.
Interactive Brokers in my opinion is the best broker available, but its client (TWS) is meant for professional users and not user friendly at all..
After 4 years of study and experience with options I developed some consolidated strategies I would like to automate, both for me and for Family & Friends.
I've tried to prepare the project based on what I know, and putting some logic but I'm not an expert at all.
I would like to hire someone (better a team of 2 people) which are made by experienced dev-ops and/or Python backend Experts in web servers, application servers and proper Software Deployment.
Hire date is 7th January 2022, before I need the time to interview people and choose the team.
We are using AGILE Scrum to manage the project, first days will be spent to organize the whole project.
