Need Excel or Python or Code guru to Extract the data and run analysis

I'm looking for an Excel or Python champion to extract data from spreadsheets for a project I need completed as soon as possible. Thre spreadsheet or Database have SPX 1 min of OHLC data. I need two task 1) Create 5,20,90,200 EMA and MACD from those data points 2) Create theoritcal trade using those data points e.g IF at Market open SPX price is above 90 EMA (e.g) then take 1 long contract and close this when SPX crosses down 90 ema (close long - store the value in a counter and take a short position and rinse and repeat. At 5 min before close - close all position) The out come will have trade result against above technical condition.
