Need Custom Scripts for Extracting/Scrapping Information from 46 Multilingual Online Databases into Spreadsheets -- 2

I am looking for assistance with writing a script that will do the following:

1) scrap information from several online databases (one is password protected; almost all multilingual);
2) scrap information from HTML-based websites (almost all multilingual);
3) create spreadsheets with information scrapped in #1 and #2.
