Need an Automatic Stock Disposal Tracker (PDF to Google Sheets)

We need an automated solution to monitor HotCopper.com.au for new "Ann: Appendix 3Y" announcements, extract stock disposal (sales) data from attached PDFs, and log it into a Google Sheet.
Key Deliverables:
1. Automated Scan: Regularly check https://hotcopper.com.au/search/9212875/?q=Ann%3A+Appendix+3Y&o=relevance&c%5Bvisible%5D=true&c%5Btitle_only%5D=1 for new announcements.
2. PDF Data Extraction:
Download attached PDFs from new announcements.
Identify only stock disposal events (sales).
Extract: Number of shares disposed, share price, and share ticker.
Calculate: Total dollar amount of disposal.
3. Google Sheet Output: Populate a Google Sheet with the extracted shares, price, dollar amount, and ticker. This should update daily with new lines for new entries
