Natural Language Processing SPARQL RDFS Project

In this project, I'm seeking an experienced freelancer with proficiency in NLP, SPARQL, and RDFS Triplestore. While the main goal of the project hasn't been strictly outlined, an ability to navigate various aspects of NLP including text classification, sentiment analysis, and named entity recognition will be advantageous.
Though it's unclear what type of data (Textual, Speech data, or Both) will be processed, the freelancer should have the capacity to handle any given data type.
