Name Normalization using Python/ML

List of names (String comparision) to be compared against all other names in the list and similar looking name to be established as one name that correspond to these similar names. Details of the requirement is the attached file. All the names as the party names corresponds to the financial transactions.Highest level of accuracy is expected and hence the fuzzy match can be leveraged using Python and Machine Learning.
