NYC Rented Apartments Tracker Script

I need a script that will track newly rented apartments in NYC and compile a weekly printable address list.

Requirements:
Core Functionality:
1. Monitors apartment rental listings (preferably on StreetEasy, Zillow, or RentHop).
2. Identifies units that were just marked as
"Rented" or "Off Market".
3. Extracts the address, unit number (if available), building name, neighborhood, and date marked rented.
4. Saves the data into a Google Sheet or
Notion database, with columns like:
• Address
• Unit #
• Zip Code
• Date Rented
• Building Type (If Available)
• Source Link (Optional)
5. Automatically tags listings that are 3-7 days old (ideal delivery window).
6. Weekly (or daily), generates a clean printable list (PDF or label sheet) for deliveries.

Technical Preferences:
• Must be NYC-Manhattan focused (zip codes:
10001-10282)
• Can use scraping or legal API (StreetEasy,
RentHop, etc.)
• Needs to work automatically or with minimal input (1-click output)
• Bonus if I can easily filter by doorman vs walk-up

Deliverables

• Fully working script (Python or similar)
• Google Sheet or CSV export functionality
• Printable PDF (with name/address per line or label format)
• Setup instructions + short Loom video walkthrough
