NTrip server -- 2

This project is for personal use, and I am looking to develop an NTrip server for GNSS RTK with centimetre-level accuracy. This server solution should be well-structured, secure, and reliable to ensure the data quality is consistently maintained. I need a programmer who has experience in building NTrip servers as it requires knowledge of multicast technologies, real-time streaming protocols, and other components. Furthermore, the programmer should have in-depth expertise in the GNSS RTK space and the ability to build long-term scaleable solutions. Expertise in Python, C++, MongoDB and Linux is preferred. This project should be done within a reasonable timeline and budget.
