NRVQA & CNN Feature Extraction Implementation

I'm looking to implement a Non Reference Quality Assessment (NRVQA) system for UGC videos, utilizing CNN-based feature extraction. This implementation will be aimed at analyzing video quality for research purposes.
Ideal skills and knowledge needed:
- Experienced in developing and implementing NRVQA systems
- Proficient in CNN-based feature extraction
- Exceptional Python programming skills
- Understanding of video quality metrics including SROCC, PLCC, KROCC, and RMSE
The project will involve:
- Implementing the NRVQA system using Python
- Utilizing CNN-based feature extraction methods
- Calculating and reporting SROCC, PLCC, KROCC, and RMSE scores
- Implementing previous methods with the same approach
- Providing detailed documentation of the implementation
The project does not have specific requirements on video resolutions or formats, and should be able to handle various types of UGC videos.
