NLP / ML : GS1 and scraping

I am in need of help on a project involving the usage of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML). The data for the project must be sourced from web scraping and not from existing datasets or APIs. I will not need help in formatting the data and would like to utilize both NLP and ML algorithms.
