NLP engineer needed for long term projects

Hello, I am looking for what appears to be a complex script that utilize NLTK. I need a script that can scrape a txt file, and extract things like Characters, Locations, Length, Page, etc. but also predict what is a Prop or set dressing (thus the NLTK). Below is a small sample of the file format that will need to be scraped (I have plenty of examples). I need a script I can run myself and potential modify (I could add to db's for recognizing "Props" or whatever myself for example).
