NLP code for biological sequences

I am in need of a code written in Python to analyze biological sequences and provide an output in a CSV file. My project requires that the code be written in the Python language, and the output should be a CSV file. I have my own biological sequences and data sources, so the only task for the developer would be to provide the programming capabilities to analyze my data. I'm looking for an experienced programmer to create a code to fulfill my needs and who can work quickly and efficiently with a timeline to finish the project.
