NLP - Job Title Standardisation/mapping

I need a python script to standardize a dataset of more than 150,000 user generated job titles (not a lot of consistency, data is not very clean) matching it against a list of 72,000 officials , clean, job titles from an official source. The script would take a user generated job title in input, and return the id and name of the "clean" best matching job title as output

Both databases are into a mysql I can share immediately
