NLP Engineer needed for Clinical AI Project

I am in need of an NLP Engineer for a Clinical AI Project. The ideal candidate will be experienced in the following tasks:
- Text Classification
- Named Entity Recognition
- Sentiment Analysis
In terms of NLP tools and libraries, I am open to using any of the following:
- spaCy
- NLTK
- Custom Solution
The desired accuracy level for the NLP model is 90%. If you have experience in this area and feel confident in your abilities, please reach out to me with your proposal. Thank you.
