NLP Arabert v2 + BERTopic code implementaion

I am looking for a freelancer with experience in natural language processing and BERT implementation for a personal project. I need help implementing an Arabert v2 model, as well as a BERTopic code. The data for the project is already available and I would prefer the implementation be done in Python. The successful freelancer should be able to take the existing dataset and generate accurate results quickly.
