C# .NET Developer with Python and GIS Experience (mandatory)

I need a C# .NET Developer with Python and GIS Experience (mandatory) for an initial 3 month project (to be extended). The objective is to build a plugin in (ArcGIS Pro) in order to create a tool for updating and editing Geometries and vector files. I need someone to work 4 hours per day on this.

Must have (at least)

-5 years C# .NET Development Experience
-2-3 Years experience using Python and GitHub
-5 years experience in Geographic Information Systems or Geospatial (ideally QGIS and ArcGIS)
