NER Script Development for Entity Extraction

I'm looking for a skilled developer to create a standalone Named Entity Recognition (NER) script. The primary purpose of this script will be to extract various entities from different types of documents, specifically PDFs and Word documents, including those embedded with images.

Key Project Requirements:
- Development of a NER script capable of extracting entities from documents
- The script should be able to process PDF, Word documents and embedded images
- The ability to extract a broad range of entities
