Multispectral Imagery Resolution Enhancement Pipeline

Implement a python pipeline for improve the spatial resoultion of multispectral satellite imagery (Sentinel2 and LANDAST8) with folllowing requirements:
- use already trained models. the SW will be used both for urban areas and for rural areas
- reach a factor 10X in spatial resolution (this means that SENTINEL 2 RGB images shall have a spatial resolution of 1m/pixel
- be applicable to SENTINEL2 and LANDSAT 8
- SW shall be launched providing as input:
a) kml file for identify the area to be analyzed
b) start-date
c) end-date
d) type of satellite (SENTINEL 2 or LANDSAT8)
- the SW shall automatically download data for the selected period taking images with a cloud coverage less than 20%. in case the input area overlaps two or more tile a mosaic shall be done.
- all the source code shall be provided
- the SW will be validate over three areas. Once of them is a large area and needs to make a mosaic
- Requirements for GPU/CPU machine to run the script shall be provided
- Payment shall be done only after the validation at the end of the project
