Leer y transformar documentos TXT, CSV y XML a un documento JSON con una estructura predefinida. Los archivos a leer (TXT, CSV y XML) tienen una estructura que será proporcionada pero el diseño del software debe ser lo suficientemente mantenible como para agregar nuevos formatos.
Se deben poder configurar multiples directorios a monitorear en busca de documentos de entrada que deben ser transformados
Los documentos transformados se deben enviar a través de API Rest que debe ser configurable (URL, credenciales) y usar el esquema de autenticación JWT
Debe tener una interfaz de usuario amigable con una lista de los documentos pendientes y enviados con la respuesta devuelta por la API Rest.
Debe notificar claramente los errores
Soporte para imprimir PDF (generado o descargado desde la API Rest)

Can use any programming language in this list: C#, Typescript/Javascript (nodejs), Python and Java. You must specify which one in your proposal.
Read and transform TXT, CSV and XML format to a JSON document with a predefined structure. The input files (TXT, CSV and XML) structure will be provided but the software must be designed to have enough maintainability so it could support new formats support in the future.
Input files must be read from multiple configurable directories, those directories must be watched for changes and any new file must be transformed.
Transformed documents must be sent to a Rest service wich can be configured (URL, credentials) and use the JWT auth scheme.
Must have a friendly user interface with a list of pending documents, sent documents and their API Rest response
Must notify clearly any error
