Multilingual Transcription and OCR Conversion

I require an experienced freelancer to work on a small AI project using Python, Django, React.js, and Js. The freelancer must have in-depth knowledge of Machine learning algorithms, Natural Language Processing, Django, and React.js. The total project budget is SGD 500.

Please note the requirement is for OCR, Speech to text ..if you are not having experience do not apply

Essential Skills:

The ideal candidate should have a firm grasp of implementing AI in Python and Django, specifically using deep learning modules. Experience in RESTful API development, React.js, and Django is a must.
