Multi-Indicator Alert System with Email and Push Notifications

I'm looking for a developer to build a comprehensive alert system for me. This system should trigger alerts based on several indicators and conditions.
Key Requirements:
- It should be able to monitor various indicators including Moving Average, Relative Strength Index (RSI), Supertrend, and Macd.
- The alerts should be sent to me via Email and Push Notifications.
- The triggers for the alerts should be set conditions like Cross above/below and Overbought/oversold levels.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in programming language, preferably Python, and libraries such as Pandas TA for data manipulation.
- Experience in API integration for Email and Push Notifications.
- Prior experience in developing stock market or trading-related applications is a plus.
