A Moving Target Defense system using SDN and Honeypot (Openflow& Python Scripting)
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for a freelancer who can develop a Moving Target Defense system using SDN (Software-Defined Networking) and Honeypot. The desired outcome of this project is to enhance security against cyber attacks.
Skills and Experience:
- Intermediate level knowledge in SDN and Honeypot is required.
- Experience with Openflow and Python scripting is necessary.
Timeline:
- The project should be completed within 1 month.

Below is a Summary of the targets to be achieved:
1. The project needs to be emulated on Mininet
2. The purpose of the project is to use the concept of Moving target defense and Software define networking to prevent cyber attack on an infrastructure
3. Network devices in the infrastructure are Openflow
4. The concept of the project is that the controller ( Ruy or Floodlight controller ) should send script that would change the Ip address of the Router and map the existing ip to the honeypot.
5.The Honeypot should logs the type of attacks performed by the attacker and generate a report for the administrator.
6.The report generated by the Honeypot should contain the source ip of attacker, Time&date, Type of attacks
7.Snort will be use to identify the attacks and trigger an alert to the server.
8.The source code that will be used by the server should be in python and comment should be there to explain logic of the code.
