Module to develop on phyton web aplication

We currently have an application made with Python, what we need is to develop a very simple module to scan documents and store them by associating them to the selected user.
We imagine it as follows:
1-HOME SCREEN
1.1- Search bar (when entering text, it will search the database for all users that match that search criteria)
1.2- When selecting said user, a drop-down list will be displayed with the type of document that we want to scan
1.3- Clicking on the scan button will send the order to scan to the scanner configured to the computer and the scanned document will be attached to the user
2- DOCUMENT TYPE SCREEN
(On this screen, the types of documents that will be loaded in the drop-down list mentioned in point 1.2 will be registered)
