Modify a working football prediction code

Hey ML Experts!
I have attached a zip file of the code and require the following modifications.
1.) Change the input dataset (simple to do from importing a csv)
2.) Instead of publishing the output Running on http://127.0.0.1:5000, modify to display the outcome on python (Or preferably Jupyter notebook)
3) Instead of a dropdown, predict from a schedule of fixtures (from a csv)
Simple and straight forward!!!
