Modify a working ML code

I am looking for a skilled programmer who can modify a working ML code written in Python. The modifications I require are adding an additional target "FTR", reading HomeTeam and AwayTeam from a CSV and outputting all predictions in a single dataframe. The desired outcome of these modifications is increased functionality. The ideal candidate should have experience in machine learning and proficiency in Python programming language.
