Modify script from GitHub

I am looking for a person that will use that code https://github.com/dr-leo/PyHyphen and modify it so that as input I get file in UTF-8 - one line one sentence (e.g. https://object.pouta.csc.fi/OPUS-CCMatrix/v1/mono/en.txt.gz), thet it should be divided into syllables using that github code and saved in the same format. Number of lines should be the same.

All should work on Google Colabolatory script. I need it ASAP.
