Modify an ML Code for Football Predictions

I'm seeking an expert in Python and machine learning to help debug and optimize my code. The primary function of this code is to make predictions based on football data.
Please note, the main goal of this project is to enhance the predictive capabilities of my existing code as follows:
1.) Make a single Jupyter notebook that runs the entire code
