Modify Code For Wen Data Scrapping

I have a python code that downloads a table from a given URL; see attached image. There is an option on the page: "quarterly", "annually". The URL does not change when pressing either. I would like to modify the code so that it downloads the quarterly table. By default it downloads "annualy". The code has no options on what to choose.
