Modification to "Leave Before Days Alert" Module

We require an experienced Odoo developer to modify the "Leave Before Days Alert" Module (will be provided). This module will run on top of Open HRMS apps.

- This requirement is to develop an "add-on module" to add the below functions. The "Leave Before Days Alert" Module should not be altered.
1. To add "Validate of Leave days" to enter a number of Leave Days require validation.
--- It can be 0, 0.5, 1 - n days (Leave full day/ half day).
2. To add "Validate of Leave days" to the validation.
--- If 0, no need to validate "Validate of Leave days".
--- If "Validate of Leave days" > 0, then validate both the "Validate of Leave days" and "Leave before days" fields.
3. Should be compatible with Open HRMS apps.
4. Should be Tested before submitting the completed work.
