Modification of a Git Repository

I want to train and evaluate a model but for that I need to modify a GIT repo, so I can replace my model feature extractor with it. To be more clear, this is what I want :-
existing: (input--feature extractor--output)
My requirement- (input - my feature extractor- output)
I need someone who has knowledge of pytorch and is good with handling git repos.
