Modification of Cosco Simulator and Implementing New Scheduling Algorithm in the simulator

For my project, I need a skilled freelancer to take the existing Cosco Simulator and modify it to accept a Multiagent Task Scheduler algorithm and implement it. I need assistance in finding and acquiring this algorithm as I do not have it yet, but I only have a timeline of 1-2 weeks to work with. The modifications needed for the task include bug fixes, user interface improvements, and the inclusion of additional features.
