Modelling and Optimisation of food supply chain

I have a project with aim of optimising a supply chain to reduce costs and losses. Mathematical model has been developed for this aim.
I need help with solving the model using Python programming and Gurobi optimizer. Basic python code has been developed as well.
If you have a good experience in optimisation, MILP modeling and Python, msg me and will discuss the project more.
