Mobile App (iOS & Andriod)

I am looking for a mobile app developer who can help me with my Music App project. The app is already built and live on both iOS and Android platforms.
Main Purpose:
- The main purpose of the app is to provide a platform for users to discover, purchase and listen to music online and offline.
Specific Features/Functionalities:
- The previous developer could not solve some malfunctioning problems on the app which are the pause and play buttons, notification not showing when a new item is uploaded on the app, and inability to listen to songs offline.
Screens/Pages:
- The app has more than 10 screens/pages.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in developing mobile apps for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Flutter, Python Django Framework, MySQL.
- We're using AWS as our server
