Mobile App Scraping SDK Development for Zomato

I'm looking for an expert Python developer who can create a fully automated mobile app scraping SDK for Zomato. The SDK should simulate an order placement and scrape the following information on a scheduled basis:
- Menu details
- Order status
- Payment details
- Cart details
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the Selenium framework, as that is my preferred tool for this project. The SDK should be built in such a way that it allows for long-term maintenance and updates as needed.
