Migration to django/python/mysql of site currently working on PHP/SQLServer

I am looking to migrate an existing small website (less than 100 pages) from PHP/SQLServer to django/python/mysql. The new site will need to be able to connect to other systems, and I will provide a license for django/python/mysql. I am looking for someone with extensive experience in database migration, and with the skill set to efficiently migrate the current website. The new website must be fully functional, with no bug or errors, and be designed to work efficiently and smoothly. The right candidate for this project should have solid knowledge of both PHP/SQLServer and django/python/mysql in order to ensure a successful migration.
