Migrate Web App to Firebase

I have been scammed already once on this project so I need some honest help please.
A freelancer has created a Web app for me running on a Vultr server.
I understand the app is written on Python and at the moment is using the freelancer's firebase account for authentication (and possibly other reasons that I do not understand)
I want to finalize this and migrate to my own Firebase account but the freelancer has stopped responding to my messages so I need someone else to pick this up and finish the setup.
I can give you temporary access to the Vultr server and admin Firebase account.
In order for me to be sure you have read the whole explanation and are able to assist me I will only accept bids starting with the code word "Carrot".
Just to avoid confusion I do not need a new app to be I just want to change the Firebase account.
