Migrate an Odoo module (v11->v16)

Project Description: Migrate an Odoo module from v11 to v16 (Community)
- I am looking for an experienced Odoo developer to migrate an existing module from version 11 to version 16.
- The module is used to split each item sold on POS (on printer),
- The module is currently on version 11 and needs to be updated to version 16.
- The module will not be used on the Odoo.sh cloud platform.
- The migration will be done manually, without the use of any migration tools or wizards.
- The ideal candidate should have:
- Strong experience in Odoo development and migration.
- In-depth knowledge of Odoo version 16 and its features.
- Expertise in manual migration techniques.
- Attention to detail and the ability to ensure a smooth transition from v11 to v16.
- The project timeline and budget can be discussed further with the selected candidate.
- Please provide examples of previous Odoo migration projects you have completed.
Module in detail (sample) : A customer buys 3 beers, a sausage and a bottle of wine. He will have to collect his purchases at different locations, but not necessarily at the same time. He will pay several beer, receive 5 separate tickets + the regular receipt (All cutted on ESC/POS PRinter) and go to get a first beer, then an hour later another, etc.
