Migrate Bolt.new MVP to a Custom Platform + Prepare IoT Integration (Electric Vehicles, Batteries, Charging Stations)

We built an MVP using Bolt.new (low-code), but we’re now ready to scale and need a more robust, secure, and flexible solution.

Mission Objectives

Migrate core modules from our Bolt.new MVP to a fully custom, scalable web solution.

Design a future-proof technical architecture that can integrate with our IoT suppliers (motorcycles, batteries, stations).

Build the first version of our operational platform with:

Fleet & battery management (monitoring, status, assignment)

User management (riders, technicians, GIE agents)

Basic alert system & performance tracking

Light integration with payments or data reporting

Suggested Tech Stack (can be adapted based on your recommendation)

Frontend: React.js, Next.js, or Flutter

Backend: Node.js (Express or NestJS) or Python (Django/FastAPI)

Database: PostgreSQL or equivalent

Authentication: Firebase, Supabase, or Auth0

IoT Integration: To be done via API from third-party suppliers (REST or MQTT)
