Mid-level IT Recruiter for India

I'm in need of a mid-level IT recruiter based in India. The recruiter will be responsible for filling various IT positions within the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates for key IT roles, such as Java developers, Golang specialists, Solution Architects, and Python experts.
- Screening resumes and conducting preliminary interviews to assess candidate's skills and fit for the position.
- Coordinating with hiring managers and facilitating the recruitment process.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as an IT recruiter, preferably hiring for mid-level positions.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in sourcing candidates with skills in Java, Golang, and Python.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assess candidate's technical skills and cultural fit.
- Familiarity with the latest trends in IT and the skills required for various roles.
