Micro-Python Program for Pico4ml MCU

I am a student needing help with Senior Thesis to create a custom object detection camera based on ArducamPico4ml dev. board. I have a labeled dataset I need converted to TensorFlo lite in Google Colab and a Micro-python sketch to control the detector to be written. I have done alot of the work myself and would be looking for a pro to see how they do it. I will pay $475 for the job see the attached specification. I will only pay after the work is completed and successfully implemented on my side. I will put down a good faith deposit if needed. Thanks in advance.
