Merge Web Portals and Android App

I am in need of an experienced full stack developer to combine my current web portals, developed using PHP and Django, into a single Django application. Additionally, I'm looking to merge an existing Android app. The merged application will also require the integration of a set of new features. Successful freelancers should include past work in their application.
