Mental Health Counseling Chatbot Development

I'm looking for a skilled developer to create a mental health counseling chatbot. This bot should utilize a standardized Language Model (sLM) based on LLaMA-2, and have a Streamlit interface.
Key Project Features:
- Prioritizing General Mental Health Advice: The bot's primary function should be to provide users with guidance and advice on general mental health topics.
- Interactive: The chatbot should facilitate both text-based and voice-based interactions. Your experience with developing multi-modal chatbots will be highly beneficial.
- Inclusive: The chatbot should be designed for a wide user demographic, with no specific age limit.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Streamlit and LLaMA-2
- Experience with Kaggle, Hugging Face, and AIHub healthcare datasets.
- Previous work in creating chatbots, especially in the mental health domain, will be a plus.
- Skills in developing both text-based and voice-based interactions.
